Today, I heard a television message on Joel Osteen that spoke about the accuser of the brethren and who that is. He said it's ourselves and how we talk to and think about ourselves. We should not beat ourselves up with our words and thoughts! Rather than saying "I don't like how I look" or "I don't do a good job at ..." we should say positive things inside and out loud like, "God made me in his image and likeness, therefore I look great!". Wow! That statement makes me feel good about myself. I used to do that all of the time, but I have found that lately I've lost sight of this very simple, but very imperative act. Why don't you try it. : )
